Hustle and Bustle
It’s hard to feel joy when you’re stressed, tired and rundown, so make some me-time for some holiday hustle and bustle. Wear an ugly sweater or your PJs and work up a sweat, or stick to your favorite yoga pants for more gentle movements and a long exhale. No, a good workout might not always be comfortable, but we guarantee you’ll feel merry and bright afterward. Jingle all the way!
