About a year ago, I started keeping a working list in a file on my computer called “Things That Make Me Feel Calm.” I’ve printed out copies to carry with me on a plane. Got your own list? Or other (healthy) ways that you de-stress? Share with the crossword-puzzle doing, trance music listening, fish-watching cat lady please!

Hanging anywhere for 3 minutes and just taking in the scenery - try not to make eye contact with anyone but watch everything they do. Don't talk just watch.
Walking my dogs after the sun goes down and there's nobody else out in the neighborhood.
Get a pedicure, manicure and facial, then deep tissue massage and being allowed to sleep until I wake.
